Free initial assessment session 

This half hour session will be done either on the phone or via Zoom, which enables us to meet, for you to ask me any questions about how I work & for us to see if we think that I am the best counsellor for you.
It is an opportunity for you to begin to share with me your concerns and for you to find out how therapy might be able to help you.

Session Costs

Counselling sessions cost £50 for fifty minutes in person and via Zoom.

Walk/Talk sessions cost £60 for fifty minutes.

Nature Sessions £65 per fifty minutes.

Supervision £60 per hour.
